Returns
We will gladly accept returns on any unused candle in the original package within 15 days of delivery. Please email info@irisiedwardcandleco.com to receive a return code. See shipping policy below for further instructions.
Exchanges
We want you to love your new candle. If it’s not the fragrance you were hoping for, we will gladly exchange your candle. Please see the shipping policy below for further instructions.
Broken Candles
If you received your candle damaged or broken, we will send you another candle free of charge. Just send a photo, 7 days of delivery, to info@irisedwardcandleco.com
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
Gifts
If your candle(s) were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned candle is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the candle(s) were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of the return.
Shipping
To return/exchange your candle, mail to: 3473 S Martin Luther King Dr, Box 285, Chicago, IL, 60616, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sometimes items take longer to arrive due to where you live. We will do our best to get you your exchanged candle as soon as possible.
Disclaimer: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
